CANNABI-Screen ®
CANNABI-Screen ® is a specific rapid immunoassay for the detection of Tetra hydrocannabinol (THC) and its by-products in urine.
THC is a hallucinogenic agent, consumption of which can induce disorders of the central nervous system and alter sensory perception causing loss of coordination and impairing short-term memory. All these effects lower the ability to drive and potentially increase the risk of having an accident.
Detection of THC takes under 5 minutes from a few drop of urine.
When should the immunoassay be performed?
THC can be detected in urine 30 minutes after consumption and for 2 to 5 days for an occasional consumer or several weeks for a regular consumer.
